The Philip Harris B-1R Monocular LED biological microscope is a high quality microscope; with easy to use controls; making it suitable for all manners of microscope work from basic introductory use at Key Stage 3; to the end of Key Stage 4. The microscope has a WF10X/16mm eyepiece; which can be removed to allow the insertion of an eyepiece reticule or eyepiece micrometer when necessary; and is capable of magnification of up to 400x. The white LED has adjustable brightness and the microscope is rechargeable so that it can be used in practically any situation.
